It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Lucia Cappucci on May 19, 2026 at the age of 87. Reunited in heaven with her loving husband Nicola (2020) and her son David (2008). Cherished Nonna to Nicholas (Antonella) Cappucci, and Pamela (Daren) Stocco. She will be deeply missed by her great-grandchildren Francesca, Marco, Ava, and Isabella. Loving mother-in-law to Cathy Cappucci (Carlo). Predeceased by her brother Frank (Francesca) Giansante, and sisters Donata (late Vincenzo) Cappucci, and Irma (late Nicola) Colarossi. She is also predeceased by her brother and sisters in law Pasquale (late Rosinella) Cappucci, Giovanni (late Antionetta) Cappucci, Tomaso (Gilda) Cappucci, and Maria (late Mario) Dedomenicis. She will be dearly missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. A visitation will be held at Windsor Chapel Funeral Home (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. (519-253-7234) on Sunday, May 31, 2026 from 2:00 – 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. Parish Prayers at 4:30 p.m. Funeral Service on Monday, June 1, 2026 at 8:45 a.m. From the Funeral Home in procession to St. Angela Merici Church (980 Louis Ave) for Funeral Mass at 9:30 a.m. Entombment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
