Peacefully passed surrounded by loved ones on Tuesday September 22nd, 2026 at Ed’s House Hospice in Cobourg at the age 85. Beloved wife of the late Leslie Rawn and cherished mother to Dennis (Francine) Rawn, LeeAnn (Barry) McBride, Tim (Corey) Rawn, Terri (Art) Chapman and the late Michele. Loving Granny to Jennifer (Dan), Devan, Kjell (Felicity), Caitlyn, Tex, Luke (Lindsay), Dillon (Brittany) and Samantha (Craig). Dearly missed Great-Granny to 11 and Great-Great-Granny to 2. Fondly remembered by her brother Jim (Phyllis) Morgan. Carolyn will be missed by many extended family and dear friends.
Carolyn Ann Rawn Morgan enjoyed her time at the Legion playing pool and darts and she also enjoyed her time as a member of the Red Hat Society as well volunteering at the Cramahe Family Thrift Shop. She was an avid Blue Jay’s fan and enjoyed going to the games with her long-time friend Janet. The family would like to thank Dr. Mule, Dr. Chang, Dr. Caldwell, all of the staff at Ed’s House and the NHH Cancer Clinic.
A Celebration of Carolyn’s Life will be held on Saturday October 3rd, 2026 at the Colborne Legion, 92 King St E, Colborne, ON from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. A private interment will be held at the Colborne Union Cemetery for close family and friends.
