CECE, Angela Cece

God called Angela Cece (nee Santo) on June 30, 2025 at the age of 94. She was born in Terelle, Frosinone, Italy, October 26, 1930 from Antonia Pariselli and Libero Santo.

Angela was a beloved wife to Cornelio Cece, devoted mother to Amelia (Vincenzo) and Enzo (Franca), cherished grandmother to Angie (Sandro) and Ben (JolyAnn), adoring great grandmother to Brandon, Ethan, Richtoon and Carlos, loving sister to Antonio, Orazio (Maria), Angelo (Vincenza), and treasured aunt to her many nieces and nephews. She leaves behind a legacy stitched together with love, determination, and an unwavering commitment to family.

Angela was known for her boundless energy, strong will, and generous spirit. A talented chef and gifted seamstress, she poured her heart into everything she created—whether it was a homemade meal that brought everyone to the table or a carefully sewn garment crafted with care and pride.

Her kitchen was the heart of her home, where recipes were passed down, stories were shared, and laughter filled the air. Her food nourished not just the body, but the soul, and every dish she prepared was made with love. She was just as skilled with a needle and thread, turning simple fabric into treasured heirlooms and teaching the next generation the value of patience, precision, and craftsmanship.

Angela’s strength and resilience were unmatched. She met life’s challenges with determination and grace, always placing her family at the center of her world. She was the glue that held everyone together, offering comfort, guidance, and a fierce love that never wavered.

A devoted follower of God and a faithful member of the Catholic Church, Angela lived her life as a reflection of her deep and abiding faith. Her spirituality was a constant source of strength, and she instilled those same values in her children and grandchildren. She prayed daily, attended Mass faithfully, and was often seen with a rosary in hand, offering prayers for others even during her own trials.

To know Angela was to know warmth, strength, and unwavering loyalty. Her legacy lives on in the meals we cook, the quilts we keep, and the love we give one another. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
