Peacefully at her home on Tuesday, March 10th, 2026, Jacqueline Chambers passed away at the age of 78 surrounded by her family.

Beloved wife of Bob Chambers.

Devoted mom of Dwight Chambers (Heather), Dennie Chambers, Travis Chambers and Courtnee Chambers (Ryan).

Proud grandma of Desirée (Bryan) Cluthe, Dylan Chambers, Tyler (Savannah) Cleghorn and Logan, Kaden and Rylin Huffman and great-grandma of Kellen and Ryleigh Cluthe and Clara Cleghorn.

Sister and sister-in-law of Brad & Maureen Montgomery, Trudy & Richard Wharton, Stuart & Kate Montgomery, Corrie & Wayne McKee, Art Hand, Barb Koch and Brenda Borland.

Jackie will be forever remembered by her nieces and nephews and large extended family.

Predeceased by her parents Harry & Muriel Montgomery, sister Sharon Hand, niece Sydney McKee, nephew Sheldon McKee, parents-in-law Ken & Bea Chambers and brother-in-law Bill Chambers.

A Celebration of Jackie’s life will be held on Saturday, March 28th, 2026 at the Wingham Columbus Centre from 1:00-4:00 p.m. A brief funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m.
