Obituary
Michel Charron
From Rockland, Ontario, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on June 11, 2025, at the age of 80. He was the beloved husband of Madeleine (née Simoneau), son of the late Alphonse Charron and the late Irène (née Rochon). He is survived by his children: Sylvain (Lucie Charron) and Sophie-Anne (Christian Lortie).
He was the adored grandfather of Erika, Mattis, and Elly Charron, as well as Jacob, Olivier, and Caleb Langlois. He was predeceased by his son Marc and his sister Gisèle (Jean-Marc Lalonde). He will be fondly remembered by his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, and friends.
The family wishes to thank Dr. Xinni Song, Dr. Mylène Vachet, Lorna Carasco, and the attendants for their compassionate care. Donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society in Mr. Charron’s memory.
The funeral mass will be held on Thursday, June 26, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., at the Très-Sainte-Trinité Church, 2178 Laurier Street, Rockland, Ontario. The family will receive condolences on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home and on the morning of the funeral at the church, beginning at 10:15 a.m.
