CLAPP, Darlene Betty Clapp

Born on August 1, 1958, in Weston, Ontario, departed this life on October 6, 2025, at Hospice Huntsville. Darlene’s journey was filled with love, warmth, and cherished connections that marked her time with us.

Darlene is remembered as a devoted wife to her beloved husband, Donald Greenfeild. Her family was a source of great pride and joy in her life. She is survived by her mother, Betty Dickinson, and leaves behind her children, son Sean and his wife Sara, and daughter Debbie. Darlene also held a special place in her heart for her grandchildren: Taylor, William, Damian, Kay, Hannah, and Marina, each of whom enriched her life in countless ways.

She is survived by her brother, John Dickinson, who will carry fond memories of their shared moments. Darlene’s warmth, kindness, and unwavering spirit meant she fostered many lasting friendships, and she will be dearly missed by her extended family and friends.

Darlene’s father, Edward Dickinson, and her brother, Laurie Dickinson, predeceased her, but their memories will continue to resonate within all those who were fortunate enough to know her.

In accordance with Darlene’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date, allowing family and friends to gather in remembrance of the remarkable woman she was.
