Passed away peacefully at Extendicare Kawartha Lakes on Tuesday, March 24, 2026. Elma Gladys Irene Corley, in her 99th year, was the beloved wife of the late Lester Corley (1997). Loving Mother of Keith (Joan), Ted (Diana), Jean Sweeting (Mark), Janet Whitton (the late Ken), and Ian (Sherrie). Cherished Grandmother of Christine (Paul), Angela (Brian), Neil (Sabrina), Gregory (Michelle), Lesley (Jeremy), Melissa, Matthew (Laura), Robin (Brad), Joshua (Mariah), Jessica (Russell), Dennis (Mary), Sarah (Jake), Scott (Jacqueline), Nicole, and Justin Graham (Crystal). Great-Grandmother of 17. Elma is predeceased by her sisters; Agnes Messent (Bill)and Margaret Davey. Elma will be remembered by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Visitation will take place at the Mackey Funeral Home, 33 Peel Street, Lindsay on Wednesday, April 1st from 6:00pm until 8:00pm, and on Thursday, April 2nd from 10:00am until time of funeral service in the chapel at 11:00am. Interment will follow at Riverside Cemetery, Lindsay. A light reception will follow at the Salvation Army Citadel, 51 Eglington Street, Lindsay. If desired, a memorial donation to the Salvation Army Citadel would be appreciated by the family.
