DEKKER, Ann Dekker

Age 89, of St Catharines Ontario, having lived in Oshawa, Bancroft and Whitby peacefully passed away Wednesday January 21 at her home in Durham Christian Homes. She was born in the Netherlands in October 13, 1936. Ann was sister to Dirk Hamoen and Betty Carroll. Ann was preceded in death by her husband Jack Dekker and her brother Jake Hamoen. Ann had a long career in Tupperware and, in retirement, carried her faith into many ministries serving; teens, young moms, and various small groups and prayer ministries. Ann is survived by her three sons Dave (Liz), Jim (Christine) and Ron (Shannon, formerly married to Dawn). With six grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Ann’s legacy will live on in all those whose faith in Jesus has been inspired by her.
