Peacefully entered into rest at St. Lawrence Lodge on Saturday August 30, 2025. Robert Dyson Dixie of Brockville aged 81 years. Beloved husband of the late Debbie Ferguson-Dixie and the late Susan Forbes. Loving father of Angie Maxwell, Jessica Dixie (Mike Harper) and Amanda Dixie. Bob will be missed by his grandchildren Melanie, April, Carter and Henry. Bob is also survived by his great grandchildren Maddy, Nolan, Damon, Jack and a brother John Dixie (Linda), special friends John and Ann-Marie Mohler, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Bob was predeceased by his parents Robert Sr. and Phyllis (nee Simones) Dixie, siblings Carol Flaherty, Nancy Dixie and Bill Dixie Sr. The family would like to thank the staff at Oak Wing for the support and care shown to Bob.
A Celebration of Life for Bob will be held on Saturday October 25, 2025 from 1:00 – 4:00 pm at the Royal Canadian Legion Br. 96, 180 Park St. Brockville. A Private Family Interment will take place. In memory of Bob, donations to the Leeds Grenville SPCA or St. Lawrence Lodge Foundation, would be greatly appreciated by the family.
