It is with heavy hearts the family announces Norm’s peaceful passing on October 31, 2025, at Craigwiel Gardens, at the age of 90. Beloved husband of Betty Dixon. Norm is survived by his sister Betty Goulden. Predeceased by his parents Walter and Sadie Dixon, and his brothers Lloyd, Lawrence, Donald, and Dick. Norm will be remembered by his nieces, nephews and friends.
Norm’s family wish to extend to Craigwiel Staff and Dr. Whynot, their gratitude for the kindness and care of Norm while he was at Craigwiel.
A private family service will be held following his interment at Parkhill Cemetery.
