It is with broken hearts that the family of Dorthy June Medd (née Laprise) announces her passing at home on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at the age of 78.
Dorthy is reunited with her cherished husband Paul (2025). She is a loving and adored mother, a precious grandmother, cherished “great grandma D”, close and extended family member and friend to many. She will be lovingly remembered for her love of the outdoors. Dorthy found a special connection with butterflies and especially loved her flowers. She will be deeply missed by all those who knew and loved her.
Cremation has taken place. Sympathy may be expressed through donations to the Sarnia District Humane Society (cheques only at the funeral home please).
