DOUGLAS, Gary Preston Douglas
September 5, 1951 - July 25, 2026
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Gary Douglas, who passed away on June 25, 2026, at the age of 74.
Gary was predeceased by his parents, Doris (Preston) Douglas and Jack Douglas, and his granddaughter, Lily Douglas.
He is survived by his children, Ryan Douglas, Katrina Douglas, and Alex Douglas; his granddaughter, Kamryn Douglas; and his sister, Debra Douglas.
Gary was a loving father and grandfather who cared deeply for his family. He was always his children’s biggest supporter and number one fan, and he will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Details will be shared once arrangements have been finalized.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to CHEO (Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario) would be sincerely appreciated.
The family thanks everyone for their love, support, and kind thoughts during this difficult time.
