It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Kevin Michael Doyle on August 3, 2025 at the age of 86, surrounded by his family.

Born and raised in Melbourne, Australia, Kevin immigrated to Canada in the 1960’s. As a chemical process engineer in the petroleum industry, he traveled and worked in many cities around the world. He inspired friendships with all whom he met and continued to visit them and explore the globe throughout his life.

Kevin will be deeply missed by his wife Rosemary, his son Brendan and wife Angela, his daughter Neola and husband Mike, treasured grandchildren Sofie, Adeline and Violet and his first wife and children’s mother, Merel. He was predeceased by his brother John and sister Patricia and survived by his twin sisters Maureen & Margaret.

Kevin’s boisterous personality and zest for life made him the life of the party where he always showed up with a big smile and was always quick with a joke or limerick. Kevin will be greatly remembered for his lively storytelling, as well as singing and dancing along to everything from AC/DC, Gordon Lightfoot and Vivaldi.

The family will host a Celebration of Life in the coming months. Details will be shared once available. Anyone whose life Kevin touched will be welcome to reminisce, tell stories and laugh, while surrounded by friends and loved ones; as he would have liked. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you honor his memory by spending time with your loved ones, as Kevin always did.
