It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, and friend, Dr. Hossein (Siavash) Hosseinzadeh Asli, on September 22, 2026, at the age of 63. Dr. Hosseinzadeh Asli was a dedicated general surgeon, a loving family man, and an extraordinary human being whose compassion, generosity, and kindness touched the lives of so many people.
Dr Hossein Hosseinzadeh Asli devoted many years of his life to providing medical care in remote and underserved communities, where people often had limited access to healthcare. For him, medicine was never just a profession. It was a calling and an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others. Throughout his career, he performed countless surgeries, saved lives, and brought hope to patients and families during some of their most difficult moments. He believed that being a good physician was not only about medical knowledge and skills, but also about treating every patient with compassion, kindness, dignity, and respect.
His generosity extended far beyond the walls of the hospital. He was actively involved in charitable work, supporting families who were struggling and helping those in need. Whether someone needed medical care, financial assistance, emotional support, or simply a helping hand, he was always willing to do whatever he could. He never sought recognition or expected anything in return. Helping others was simply who he was. Above all, he was a devoted husband, a loving father, and a wonderful role model for his children. He supported them in pursuing their dreams and taught them the importance of kindness, humility, generosity, and compassion.
His love and guidance shaped their lives, and the values he passed on will continue to guide them throughout their own lives. His legacy lives on through the countless patients he cared for, the lives he saved, the families he supported, and the many people whose lives were made better because of his kindness. He will forever be remembered for his beautiful soul, his generous heart, his dedication to helping others, and the unconditional love he gave his family. His family will always cherish his memory and carry his legacy forward with immense love and pride.
He will be deeply missed, forever loved, and always remembered in our hearts.
The funeral service will be held on Friday, September 25, 2026 at the Low and Low Funeral Home, 23 Main Street S., Uxbridge (905-852-3073) at 2:30p.m. with visitation 1:30p.m. Following the service, he will be laid to rest at the Uxbridge Cemetery. A livestream will also be available for those who wish to attend virtually. Family, friends, and all those whose lives were touched by Dr. Hosseinzadeh Asli are welcome to join us as we gather to honour his life and memory.
