She went to be with the Lord on Friday, July 17, 2026, at the age of 97. A long-time resident of Tillsonburg, Eileen Dunlop lived her final three years at the Belmont Longterm Care Home in Belleville. Beloved wife of William (Bill) Dodgson for 43 years and Murray Dunlop for 11 years. Loving mother of Bill (Donna) Dodgson and Janet (Allan) Langlois. Cherished grandmother of Amanda (Darryl) Vanderstoep, Jessica (Nathan) Leachman, Sarah Dodgson (Jon Boyd), Abby (Michael) Pascoli, Ethan Langlois, and Olivia Langlois. Great-grandmother of Jack, Emery, Trinity, Evelynn, Ava, Kadence, and Sloane. Dear sister of Helen Csullog (late Gary) and Marilyn (late David) Collings and an aunt to many. Predeceased by her son, Dan Dodgson, parents Fred and Ella Collings, sisters Judy Collings, Doreen Gram, Ila Brown, Norma Sheptenko, Kay Baynham, Mary Lou Tremblay and Freda Collings, and brothers David Collings, Don Collings, and Joe Collings.
Interment has taken place at Tillsonburg Cemetery. A Memorial Service for family and friends will take place on Thursday, July 23, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at North Broadway Baptist Church (6 North St. E., Tillsonburg).
