DUNNE, Kevin Michael Dunne

Peacefully passed at his home, on November 19, 2025, at the age of 78.

Beloved husband of Patricia for 56 wonderful years. Loving father of Melanie Bricknell (Colin) and Daniel Dunne. Cherished grandfather of Talin. Dear brother of, Gerald, Hubert and Robin. Predeceased by his parents Edward & Margaret, and by his siblings Margaret, Maureen, and Edward.

Kevin was a gifted musician, he found joy in every note he played, whether strumming his guitar, playing the piano, or lifting his voice in song. His talent was undeniable, but it was his love of sharing music that truly made him special. He had a remarkable ability to bring people together through his love of music.

Blessed with a quick wit and wonderful sense of humour, he could make anyone smile.

He was a hardworking man, devoted to every chapter of his life. After 32 years of dedicated service at General Motors, he continued to give back to his community by becoming a school bus driver. A role he embraced wholeheartedly for 15 years. He loved the children he drove, the stories they shared, and the small moments of joy that came from greeting them every day.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 29, 2025 from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. at Armstrong Funeral Home (124 King St. E., Oshawa). A Memorial Service will follow in the Chapel at 1 p.m.
