Passed away peacefully Saturday August 30, 2025 at Hillsdale Terraces in Oshawa.
Beloved wife of 71 years to Mel (Melvin) (predeceased). Dear mother to Linda Bradley (Dwight), Carol Hagerman (Joe), Lonna Dunning (Ross), Jim Edwards (Brenda), Julie Catherwood (Jim), Christine Clarkson (Graham), Jackie Canfield (Jeff). She had twenty grandchildren and thirty one great grandchildren.Loved by all, she will be dearly missed.
As per Jean’s wishes, cremation will take place with remains interred at the Welcome Cemetery in Port Hope at 9:30 am October 18, 2025.
There will be a Celebration of Life afterward at 11:00 am, at Calvary Baptist Church, Oshawa (SE corner Ritson and Rossland). There will be words of love and prayers followed by fellowship and a light lunch.
