ELLIOTT, Helen Findlay Elliott

She was born on January 30, 1934 in Kilwinning, Scotland. Helen Findlay Elliott passed away peacefully at the Northumberland Hills Hospital, Cobourg on Monday, May 18, 2026, at the age of 92.

Beloved wife of the late William Templeton Elliott. Dear mother of William (Carrol), Morag Ritchie. Loving grandmother of William Elliott, Nicholas Elliott, Zachary Elliott, Rebecca Ritchie and Emily Ritchie. Dear sister of Sadie Somerville. Fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, family and friends. The family would like to thank the staff at the Northumberland Hills Hospital Palliative Care Unit and Dr. K. Tisher for the care and compassion shown to Helen.

Friends are invited to visit the family at the Gordon A. Monk Funeral Home Ltd., 127 Bobcaygeon Rd., P.O. Box 427, Minden K0M 2K0 on Tuesday, June 23, 2026 from 12:00 o’clock noon until the time of the Service to Celebrate Helen’s Life at 1:00pm. Reception to follow at the Monk-Cray Family Centre at the funeral home. Interment at Twelve Mile Lake Cemetery.

Memorial Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Northumberland Hills Foundation-Palliative Care would be appreciated by the family.
