Evelyn Grace “Effie” Letson passed away on October 1, 2026, at the age of two. Her family remembers her courage, determination, gentle nature and the joy she brought to those around her.
Effie loved music and exploring instruments. She is remembered by her parents Kristen and Rick, sister Rosalie, step-brother Avery, grandparents, extended family, friends and caregivers.
A celebration of Evelyn Grace’s life will be held at Kane-Jerrett Funeral Home in North York on October 10 at 11:00 a.m., following visitation from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Flowers are welcome, and memorial donations may be made to SickKids Hospital.
