FELLOWS, Kenneth Wayne Fellows

Passed away on November 7, 2025, in North Vancouver at the age of 76. He will be deeply missed by his sister, Heather Mae, and brother, Terence Rae. Wayne is survived by his former wife, Reha; his children, Kimberly and Emily; and his stepson, Bruce. He was predeceased by his loving parents, Kenneth James and Violet Mae (née Williams). Wayne proudly served as a purser with Air Canada for 27 years — a career he truly enjoyed and took great pride in. He will be fondly remembered for his captivating storytelling, adventurous spirit, trademark cowboy hat and boots, and his wonderful sense of humor. Ken also cherished his friendships and sense of community around the ANA Vets on 3rd Street in North Vancouver.

Following a delayed diagnosis while on a wait list, Wayne faced his illness with courage and grace. The family extends heartfelt gratitude to the nurses and health aides who supported him in his journey. Sadly, decisions made at the end of life care could not be afforded the same gratitude. The healthcare system failed Kenneth at the beginning and at the end.

He will be laid to rest with his family back east.
