FINLAY, William Peter Finlay

Passed away June 19 at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville at the age of 87. He was born on July 16, 1938 in Wilberforce, Ontario. Much loved father of Peter Finlay and his wife Kim, Scott Finlay and his wife Kathy and Chris Finlay and his wife Tammy. Grandfather of Renee, Toree, Jamie (Kyle), Ben, Brandon, Caitlin. Great Grandfather of Klara, Kane, Casey, and Eisley.
William Peter Finlay retired after 35 years spent at the Durham Board of Education as an elementary school Principal. In retirement he enjoyed winters in Barbados, building his dream cottage, and time spent with family and friends.
