Peacefully at her residence on Sunday December 21, 2025. April (Garrett) Franklin, in her 66th year. Beloved wife of Charlie Franklin. Loving mother of Spencer (Christa) Franklin of Elgin. Cherished grandmother of Hunter and Nicole. Dear sister of Anita Garrett of Crosby. Predeceased by her parents, Phyllis (Gifford) and Gordon Garrett. Sadly missed by all the Franklin Family. The family will receive friends at the Scotland Funeral Home, 27 Main Street, Elgin, on Monday December 29, 2025 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral Service in Our Chapel on Tuesday December 30, 2025 at 11 o’clock. Interment Crosby Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations made to Crosby Cemetery or the U.H.K.F. (Cancer Centre) would be appreciated.
