Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at Barrie Family Hospice of Elgin on Saturday, March 7, 2026. She was 60 years old. Wife of John Friesen. Dear mother of Johnny Friesen(Melissa) and Annie Friesen(Willy). Loving grandmother of Brooke, Piper, Magdalena and Malachi. Cherished sister of John Harms(Suzy), Jacob Harms, Margaret Wiebe(Jake), Susan Peters, Aganetha Dueck(John), Justina Bueckert(Henry) and Mary Bueckert(Ben). She will be missed by a number of nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by an infant son Johnnie Friesen, brother Gerhard, sister Helen Friesen(Neil), sisters-in-law Tina and Elizabeth and brother-in-law Jacob.  Born in Fresnillo, Mexico on November 27, 1965, daughter of the late John and Margaret(Dyck) Harms. Visitation will be held at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Monday from 5-8:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at Sommerfeld Mennonite Church in Mount Salem on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. Interment, Aylmer Cemetery.
