GAROFALO, Leucandia Garofalo

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Leucandia Garofalo, on July 10, 2025, in Hamilton. She is now at peace, reunited with her loving husband, Mario, and their cherished children and our angels, Frank Garofalo and Ernesta Filice, in the arms of our Lord.

Leucandia will be deeply missed by her daughter Natalina Garofalo and son Giuseppe Garofalo, as well as her grandchildren Tony (Sonia), Emily (Leo), Angelo, Carmen Jr., Vincenza, Ottaviano (Aubrie) and Lorenzo, and great-grandchildren Matteo and Anthony Filice, Milena and Cynthia Ernesta Caucci, Reinero and Luna Mastroianni. She will also be missed by her brother Carmen and Nunzia Perri, extended family and friends.

Her courage and strength will live on in all of our memories.

Visitation will be held at Friscolanti Funeral Chapel, 43 Barton Street East, on Tuesday, July 15, 2025 from 9:00 – 12:30 pm. Funeral Mass will be offered following visitation at St. Anthony of Padua Church at 1:00 pm. Entombment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
