Gertrude “Irene” Campbell (Moffatt)

Passed away peacefully at Oak Ridges Hospice with loved ones at her side on October 4th 2026 at the age of 83.
Beloved wife and best friend of James “Jimmy” Campbell (2011).

Loving Mum of Bill Campbell and his wife Lisa, and Lorraine Stinson (Campbell), predeceased by infant daughter Fiona (1969).

Cherished grandma of Fiona, and Robbie and cherished nana of Jacob, Jordan and Madison, predeceased by her granddaughter Angela (2000).

Gertrude Campbell  will be missed by her companion Peanut, and has been reunited with Coconut & Whiskey. Lovingly remembered by her best friend Pam and her husband Dave and their family.

Visitation will be held at Barnes Memorial Funeral Home on Saturday October 10th from 11:00 am – 12:00 pm.
A service of celebration will follow in the Barnes Chapel on Saturday at 12:00 noon, followed by refreshments.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Cystic Fibrosis Canada.
