GILROY, Linda Gilroy

Peacefully at the Sault Area Hospital, with her daughters by her side on Friday, September 12, 2025 in her 77^th year.

Beloved wife of William “Bill”. Loving mother of Gerry (Anita), Monique (Dan) and Jackie (Zaf). Grandmother of Chad, Holly, Natasha (Dan), Leeza, Ryan, Raymond (Tiffany), Devon, Kendrah and Kiara. Great grandmother of Colt, Alexa, Bailey and Owen. Cherished daughter of the late Alice and the late Andrew Michaud. Our mother is now reunited with her siblings Jackie (Bob), Butch (Kate), and DeeDee. She will be missed by her longtime friends Janice Davis, Marie Jeffries and many cousins, nieces and nephews.

At mom’s request, no formal service will be held. She preferred the simpler things in life, a good night at bingo or a lucky pull on a slot machine and for all her friends and family to remember her in their own way. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Algoma Residential Community Hospice (ARCH) would be appreciated by the family.

The family would like to especially thank Laurie Eaton and the staff at Pathways, Andrew Dickson of the LIN Network, staff of 3C at the Sault Area Hospital and a special thank you to Pam Jeffries for all the support.
