In Loving Memory
Mr. James Grisch of Tillsonburg, passed away peacefully at his home on Wednesday, December 11, 2024 in his 72nd year.
Jim loved his family and friends dearly. And he was loved by many. He looked forward to biweekly lunches with coworkers with great excitement. He loved watching his grandkids play hockey, cooking for his friends and family, and would do anything for anyone.
He had many friends who respected him and learned a lot from him at work and in his personal life. Jim had an extensive work shop and was very handy around the house. He was always so eager to help out his children and grandchildren. He loved to build and organize and developed a passion for custom pen making and loved sharing the fruits of his labor. He enjoyed listening to all his CDs and vinyl records.
Jim was an Honorary Member of the Rotary Club of Delhi and was awarded a Paul Harris Fellow for his contributions and dedicated service spanning over 25 years. Everywhere he went, he made friends.
He was the best husband, father and grandfather and will be greatly missed. Beloved husband of Deborah (Hetherington) Grisch. Loving father of Daryl Grisch (Jennifer) and Courtney Bari (Adam). Cherished grandfather of Owen and Delaney. Dearest brother of Lloyd Grisch (LuAnne). Also survived by several nieces, nephews and in-laws.
As per James’ wishes, a special Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday, July 5, 2025 at the Family Home, 592337 Oxford Rd #13, Tillsonburg at 1:00 p.m.
