It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Barbara Jean Hannah on June 16, 2025 at Northumberland Hills Hospital in Cobourg.

She is survived by her beloved husband Bill Hannah and children Michael (Betty, deceased) and Susan (Stu Cochrane). Grandchildren Kat, Rob, Dave, Sarah and Adam shall miss her love and support in all endeavors. Great grandchildren Kai, Kylie, Bella, Lexi, Kapi and Leo brought her much joy.

Barb’s siblings Joyce and Bob have predeceased her.

She was Auntie Barbara to 13 nieces and nephews and she was the eldest child of Harry Allin and Nina Allin.

Barbara’s wishes were for a small family funeral. Good wishes and condolences from friends have been greatly appreciated.

Barbara was in her 97th year and enjoyed good health for the majority of her life. Had she survived 3 more days she would have celebrated her 77th wedding anniversary. She was both our rock but always kind and gentle. She will be greatly missed.
