HANNAH, William George Hannah

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of William George Hannah on August 20, 2025 at Northumberland Hills Hospital in Cobourg.

Bill was predeceased by his beloved wife Barabara. He is survived by his children Michael (Betty, deceased) and Susan (Stu Cochrane). Grandchildren Kat, Rob, Dave, Sarah and Adam shall miss his love and support in all endeavors. Great grandchildren Kai, Kylie, Bella, Lexi, Kapi and Leo brought him much joy.

Bill’s siblings John, Jim, and Emily have predeceased him.

He was Uncle Bill to 13 nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life for both Bill and Barbara (deceased June 16th, 2025) will take place in the spring. Good wishes and condolences from friends and family have been greatly appreciated.

Bill was in his 99th year and enjoyed good health for the majority of his life. We all were together and enjoyed celebrating his 99th birthday on June 8th. He was the cornerstone of our family and will be greatly missed.
