HARPER, Scott David Harper

It is with great sadness that we announce the tragic passing of Scott on Sunday May 3, 2026 at the age of 47. Cherished husband of Sherri Kunopaskie for 22 years. Beloved son of Pat and Sam Harper. Dear brother of Mike. Scott David Harper  will be greatly missed by his mother and father in law Donna and Jerry Kunopaskie, his brother in law Jason, his loving  niece Josie and nephew Jace, his aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Scott’s family would like to thank the staff at the Renfrew Victoria Hospital Dialysis Unit that helped Scott over the years with his dialysis treatment and all of the paramedics, firefighters and police and the staff at the Ottawa Civic Hospital for the wonderful care that was provided to try to save his life after the accident.

A private service will be held at Thompsonhill Cemetery. Donations in his memory may be made to the Renfrew Victoria Hospital Dialysis Unit or the Diabetes Foundation.
