HEMELAAR, Kennedy Anastasia Hemelaar
It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of the sudden passing of Kennedy Annastasia Hemelaar (October 16, 2003 β March 13, 2026). Kennedy was a beautiful, kind, and happy soul. Above all else, she was a loving and proud mother whose children, Mateo and Dawson, were the center of her world. Her spirit lives on in them and in the countless memories she created. She taught us that a life well-lived is measured in friendships made and love given. While her time with us was too short, her impact was immense. She will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten by her family and friends.
Kennedy leaves behind her two sons, Mateo and Dawson; her father and best friend, Chad; her mother, Skye; and her siblings, Ashley (Josh), Alyssa, Justice (Madyson), Sydney, Cameron, and Ethan (Mady) and her friend Quinton Fox.Β She is also survived by her Great Grandmother, Barbara Hemelaar; Great Aunt, Tammy Dunnett; Aunt, Teri Lynn; her cousins, Barb, Courtney (Jordan), Cassidy (Mathieu), Raevyn (Alex), and Kolbee (Tory); and her nephew, Mason. She was predeceased by her grandmothers, Sharon Miller-Kehoe and Stacey Hemelaar; her great-grandfathers, Iner Miller and Bill Hemelaar; and her cousin, Billy Estes.
