Passed away suddenly on Friday March 13th, 2026 at Northumberland Hills Hospital in Cobourg in his 70th year.
Paul Charles Hicks was the beloved husband of Marlene Hicks (nee Taylor) for 49 years. Cherished father to Paul Hicks (Kerri) and grandfather to Lynsey and Braden.
Loving brother to Kathy Anderson(Doug), Peter Hicks (late Rose), Theresa Doria(Joe), Judy Hood(late Rob). Predeceased by his brother Hector and his parents Peter and Iva Hicks.
He is also remembered by his nieces and nephews- Carrie(Stu), Peter(Tracy), Gregory(Stacy), Jennifer(Loren), Cristina(Danilo) Chris(Megan), Jonathan, Cassandra, Bradley and many great nieces and nephews.
Paul loved the simple pleasures in life- his family, classic cars, hunting and fishing, which brought him endless enjoyment over the years.
In keeping with Paul’s wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no formal visitation or service.
