HODGSON, Kevin Brent Hodgson – at age 52, of Whitby, Ontario, was suddenly and unexpectedly lost on June 25, 2024. He is survived by his father, Norm, sister Debbie, brother-in-law Darren, and his beloved nieces and nephew, Megan, Ryan, and Emily. He was predeceased by his mother, Lynn Hodgson (nee Noble).
Kevin was born in Toronto on November 5, 1971, as the firstborn child to Norman and Lynn Hodgson. He was educated at Monarch Park Secondary School before studying digital photography at George Brown College. Kevin worked at CaseWare International for 29 years, beginning as a Developer in 1995 and rising to the title of Software Development Manager.
He will be dearly missed by his family and many friends. Kevin’s unexpected passing comes as a shock to his family, friends, and loved ones, who are still reeling at the loss. He lived a vibrant life and had made a significant impact on the people around him.
Visitation and Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, July 6, 2024, from 2-5 p.m. at MOUNT LAWN FUNERAL HOME & CEMETERY, 21 Garrard Road, Whitby.
