Peacefully, surrounded by the love of her family, on Saturday, May 31, 2025 at the Sunnybrook Hospital in Toronto. Susan, beloved wife of Brian Parrott. Loving mother to her daughter Brittney (Scott) Hoffele. Cherished grandmother to Reese, Rielynn, and Jasper-Lynn. Dear sister to Ann Marie Hunt. Loving daughter-in-law to Sheila Parrott, and sister-in-law to Janice and Ken Launchbury, and Lyle and Karen Parrott. She will be sadly missed by her niece and nephews Phil, Melissa, Bryan and Jordan. Fondly remembered by extended family and friends.
Susan was a wonderful soul who selflessly volunteered her time to help others, such as volunteering at the food bank, and the Nourishing and Development Foundation. She always did more for others than she did for herself, always with a bright smile, her great sense of humour and bubbly personality. She adored and cherished her grandchildren, who were the light of her life.
A gathering to celebrate the life of Susan Hunt will be held at the Cannington Arena, 91-95 Elliot Street in Cannington on Saturday, June 14th from 1 – 5 p.m. If desired, memorial donations may be made to Children’s Aid or Make-A-Wish Canada.
