JEAN, Kailey Rae Jean

JEAN, Kailey Rae Jean

She lived life with a free spirit and an open heart. She had a deep love for animals and a natural compassion for every living thing. She believed that every animal deserved love, safety, and a second chance, and she had a special place in her heart for rescues. One of her greatest joys was rescuing her beloved cat, Boo, who became her constant companion and was loved beyond measure. Her kindness extended effortlessly to every creature she met.

Kind, caring, and endlessly funny, she had a wonderfully quirky personality that made her completely unforgettable.

Kailey Rae Jean had her own language we called wordettes. That was part of who she wasβ€”living life on her own terms, embracing every moment with a carefree spirit and an infectious laugh.

Her goofy sense of humor could brighten even the darkest day. She had an incredible gift for making people laugh, helping others feel welcome, and reminding those around her not to take life too seriously. Whether through a joke, a smile, or simply being herself, she left people happier than she found them.

She will be remembered for her kindness, her compassion, her unwavering love for animals, her adventurous spirit, and the joy she brought into the lives of so many. Though her time with us was far too short, the laughter, love, and beautiful memories she leaves behind will live on forever in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

We will miss her every single day, but we will carry her spirit with us alwaysβ€”in every shared laugh, every act of kindness, every rescued animal, and every wagging tail or gentle purr she would have stopped to admire.

In honour of Kailey’s vibrant spirit and love of fashion, we invite you to celebrate her life by wearing colours, floral prints, or bohemian-inspired attire instead of traditional black. She embraced individuality, beauty, and self-expression, and we know she would have loved to see everyone dressed in a way that reflects joy, warmth, and life.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to a local animal rescue or shelter in her memory. There is no greater way to honour her life than by helping an animal in need, just as she did so often with unconditional love and compassion.
