Suddenly as a result of a massive heart attack, Kevin peacefully passed away at his happy place on October 16th, 2026, at the age of 62.

Kevin Richard Stone was born in Toronto to parents Marilyn Zinck (the late Rae Zinck) and the late George Stone.

He leaves behind his loving spouse Shelley Hill of 42 years and his sister Karen Andrews. Beloved brother-in-law of Sandra (Roger) and Larry (Anne). He will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends, especially his best fur-friend, Casey.

Kevin truly loved life at the trailer, where he enjoyed the simple pleasures of relaxing, spending time outdoors, and feeding the animals. He was a sports enthusiast who enjoyed watching hockey, golf, curling, and baseball.

He also generously gave his time as a volunteer with the Glen Stewart Park Community, specifically active with the Building Committee. Known for his laid-back nature and easygoing personality, he appreciated life’s simple moments and will be fondly remembered for the quiet joy he found in the things he loved.

As per Kevin’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.

If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Farley Foundation. Arrangements entrusted to Armstrong Funeral Home. Online condolences may be shared at www.armstrongfh.ca
