Peacefully, at the age of 80, surrounded by loving family. Ellen entered into eternal life on November 6, 2025, into the arms of her beloved Saviour Jesus. Beloved wife of Robert for 56 years. Much loved mother of Chantelle Menard (Jasen), Darcy (Kaitlyn) and predeceased by Shawn (2024, survived by Carolyn). Cherished grandmother of Josslyn, Alanna, Dawson, Abigail, Parker, Hailey, Brigette and Audrey. Predeceased by her sister Deborah Olender (1975). Ellen will be forever remembered by many great-grandchildren and dear friends.
Ellen had a love for the beauty of nature, came alive when working in her garden, being out on the water, taking a stroll on a sandy beach or enjoying a majestic sunset. Ellen was a devoted and faithful wife, mother, grandmother and she loved her family dearly; most of all, Christ was her foundation and purpose in life.

Visitation Wednesday, November 12, 2025 from 2:00 p.m-4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. Funeral Service Thursday, November 13, 2025 at 11:30 a.m. at Families First, South Windsor, 3260 Dougall Ave. (519-969-5841). Burial to follow at Victoria Memorial Gardens.
