It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of John Klassen, who passed away at the age of 49 on October 11th, 2025.
John was the beloved son of Susan and the late Jacob Klassen. He is survived by his sisters Mary Guenther (Perry) and Susana Klassen, and his brother Pedro Klassen (Sherry). He was a proud uncle to Jessica, Michael, Nicholas, Kelly Ann, Emily (Kamaljit), Kayla, Jenna, and Alexander, and a cherished great-uncle to Jackson and Judy.
John enjoyed spending time with his family, fishing, attending car shows, watching western movies, and visiting Tims.
He was a caring and loyal friend who will be deeply missed by his friends, neighbours, and co-workers.
The family would like to extend a special thank-you to everyone at Community Living Chatham-Kent and to all the staff at Bayshore Home Health for their compassion and care.
A service to celebrate John’s life will be held at the Blenheim Community Funeral Home on Thursday, October 16th, 2025. Visitation will take place from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m., followed immediately by the funeral service. Interment will follow at Pardoville Cemetery
