Passed away suddenly, but not unexpectedly. He was a larger-than-life, one-of-a-kind man whose presence touched everyone around him. We are deeply grateful to have had him with us for as long as we did. It is an understatement to say he will be missed .

A small gathering of family and close friends will take place at the family farm. A celebration of life and service will be held in the Netherlands at a later date.
