It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Eileen Mousley (Lampkin), a cherished wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, friend, and mother-in-law, who passed away with family by her side at the age of 89 at the Timmins & District Hospital.
Eileen was predeceased by her husband Arthur and daughter Deborah, infant grandson Curtis, parents Freida and William Lampkin, brother Delmar, and step-brothers Earl, Leslie and Stanley.
Cherished mother of Tammy (Arvydas) Senkus, Darlene (Terry) Sprowl; loving grandmother to Jason (Tanya), Ashley (Mike), Kristina (Tyler), Kaitlin (Maxime), and Katherine (Christina), and great grandmother to, Ben, Evan, Henry, Kajus, Kingsley, and Myles. She will also be missed by her son-in-law Paul Armstrong.
Eileen’s greatest joy was having family dinners and spending time together. She also loved playing cards as well as reading and knitting.
Eileen has requested no visitation and her cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Lessard Funeral and Cremation Centre. A special thank you to Dr. Karen Armstrong for the many years of excellent care, and Kari Olaveson of Ontario Health at Home for her exceptional care and family support. Also, thank you to the staff at Lasalle Retirement Residence and the Timmins & District Hospital staff and Hospice support.
