LARSEN, Hermina Maria Larsen

Peacefully passed away at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on February 3, 2026, at the age of 93. Beloved wife of the late Jorgen Larsen. Loving mother of Irene Moriarty (Greg) and Michael. Cherished grandmother of Garrett (Lia) and Megan. Dear aunt of Jeannie, Elisabeth, Stefan, and Karen. Predeceased by her siblings Maria, Lukas, Norbert, Adolf, Anton, and Johann.

Hermina loved to travel and explore new places, always returning home with stories and a deeper appreciation for people and cultures. A passionate cook, she filled her kitchen with warmth, laughter, and unforgettable meals. A true professional angel, she helped anyone at any time, giving selflessly and without expectation. Energetic and feisty, she seemed good at everything she touched-and so kindhearted that she truly had no enemies.

A private family service will be held at Armstrong Funeral Home with interment at Union Cemetery.
