Laurence “Larry” McQue Tarbox passed away peacefully at Sault Area Hospital on September 24, 2026, with his wife by his side. He was born on December 8, 1940.
Larry is remembered by his wife of 63 years, Linda; children Deborah, James, Joseph, and Peter and their families; grandchildren and great-grandchildren; siblings; nieces, nephews; and friends.
He took pride in his garden and lawn, enjoyed favourite treats, and especially valued time and laughter with his grandchildren.
An informal celebration will be held at the Echo Bay Elks Hall on October 4, 2026, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Algoma Crisis Pregnancy Centre.
