We announce the death of Laurie Drackett of Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, who passed away on October 26, 2026, at the age of 65. Laurie will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Marjorie Duzan and Albert Drackett; his stepfather Walter; his brother-in-law Glenn Schoffer; and his nephews, Terry and Robert Schoffer.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael Drackett and Nathan Drackett-Rusheem; and his siblings, Brian (Jane), Lin and Audrey Schoffer (Lyle). He is also survived by his nieces, nephew and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Eagles Club (561 Home St W, Moose Jaw, SK S6H4X9).
