
Surrounded by the love of his family, it is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Pierre Lévesque on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at the age of 82.
He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Martine (Robichaud), his daughters Pierrette Lévesque (Michel Mongeon) of Timmins and Line (Claude Pépin) of Haileybury, and his precious granddaughters Émilie Pépin, Mélodie (Antoine Montigny) and Dominique (Kyle Montague), as well as his great-grandchildren Théo and Malek Montigny.
Pierre is also survived by his brothers Laurent (Yvonne) and André (Fé), his sister-in-law Réjeanne Lévesque, and many nephews and nieces. He is predeceased by his parents Lydia and Jean-Baptiste Lévesque, parents-in-law Lina and Gaspard Robichaud, and numerous siblings.
Remembered as an honest, respectful, gentle, and calm man, Pierre was cherished by all who knew him. He had a passion for travel and loved creating precious memories with his family.
The family will receive condolences on Thursday, August 14, 2025, starting at 10:00 a.m. at Saint-Joseph Church, with the funeral mass to follow at 11:00 a.m.
The family extends heartfelt thanks to Dr. Lynne Schwertfeger for her compassion and exceptional care over the years.
Donations to the Alzheimer Society or St. Joseph Parish in Timmins would be appreciated.
