It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Zaccai Aliston Tato Lwamba, who was unexpectedly called to rest on February 4, 2025, at Lakeridge Health Oshawa.
Zaccai was the beloved son of Marian Mohamed and Fabien Lwamba, and a cherished little brother to Elias and Immanuel. He was a treasured grandson to Halima, George, and Philomene and will be dearly missed by his many aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family.
Though his time with us was far too short, Zaccai brought immense love and joy to those around him. He will forever remain in our hearts.
