Lynn Marie Smith of Cobourg, Ontario, died October 20, 2026 at age 79 at Ed’s House Northumberland Hospice Care Centre. A registered nurse and former nursing team leader, she was the wife of Rick for 57 years and is survived by sons Andrew and Jason, grandchildren Matthew and Mackenzie, and brother Doug. In keeping with her wishes, there will be no formal service; donations may be made to Ed’s House Northumberland Hospice Care Centre.
