It is with profound sadness that we announce the tragic passing of Tim MacKay of Elmwood on Monday, June 2, 2025, at the age of 32.
Loved forever by fiancée Michaela McDonald. Cherished father of three beautiful boys: Xander, Jackson, and Timmy. Beloved son of Dawn MacKay of Walkerton. Tim will be dearly missed by his loving Gran, Betty MacKay of Elmwood.
He is the dear half-brother of Essence Gregory, and nephew of Raymond and Sherri MacKay of Priceville, and great-nephew of Gerry and Rick Craig of Burlington. Tim is also survived by his devoted in-laws, Sherry and Joe McDonald, and brothers-in-law Jesse and Jake.
Tim’s memory will live on through his cousins Emma and Logan MacKay and his closest friends Brandon and Kayla Leifso. He was predeceased by his stepfather Bradley Wilken and grandfather Raymond MacKay Sr.
A casual celebration of Tim’s life will be held at the Chesley Community Centre on Sunday, June 8, 2025, from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m., with shared memories beginning at 1:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to a trust fund for Xander, Jackson, and Timmy would be appreciated. Please make cheques payable to Dawn MacKay.
