MALOGORSKI, Dragica “Judy” Malogorski

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our mom, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Dragica “Judy” Malogorski, in her 79th year. Judy passed away peacefully at home after a five-year struggle with various heart conditions.

She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Ivan Malogorski; her parents; her brother, Vlado Kapusovic; and her brother-in-law, Doug Marshall. She leaves behind her brother, Steve Sut.

She also leaves behind her daughter Sue Ciarmoli and son-in-law Dan Ciarmoli, and their children, Felicia Ciarmoli (Daniel Cabral) and Nicky Ciarmoli, along with her great-grandson, Henry Cabral.

She leaves behind her daughter Joanne Anelli and son-in-law Rob Anelli, and their children, Cassandra Anelli (Ethan Criminisi) and AJ Anelli.

Judy had a true gift for sewing, spending many years beautifying homes and businesses with her craftsmanship. She loved gardening, and yellow roses were always her favorite. She also cherished camping and spent countless happy hours cooking in the kitchen.

Judy and Ivan treasured their yearly vacations to Cuba, where they enjoyed precious downtime together.

Judy always had something warm on the stove and a drink ready for whoever stopped by. Anyone who knew Judy knew of her love for animals, especially dogs.

Visitation will be held at P.X. Dermody Funeral Home, 796 Upper Gage Ave. (between Mohawk & Fennell) on Sunday July 19h from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Monday July 20th at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at Mount Hamilton Cemetery.
