Mary Louise Barlow

Born on Oct. 17, 1956, in Oshawa.

Mary-Lou’s life was defined by love, kindness, strength and devotion to her family.

Mary Louise Barlow will be remembered for her kind heart, warm smile, generous spirit, sense of humour, unwavering strength, and the countless ways she cared for those around her. She found joy in her favourite crafts, unique collections, and family gatherings, and cherished every moment spent with her family.

She was a beloved daughter of the late Jean and John Barlow.

Her husband, Russel Gregg, predeceased her; they shared 25 years filled with love and cherished memories.

She left behind her beloved children, Jason (Tiana), Crystal (Michael), and Troy, who brought her joy. She was a devoted Grandma to Kaitlyn, Julian, Elise, Raya and Myles, who brought her immeasurable happiness.

She will also be lovingly remembered by her sisters and brothers, Doug (Joanne), Jim (Cheryl), Jayne (Jamie), Bob (Kelly), Ron (Karina), Diane (Gord) and Sister-in-law Penny (Ted)

Family was at the heart of her life. She will be lovingly remembered by her nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and dear friends. Each held a special place in her heart, and each will carry a piece of her love and memory with them.

Rest peacefully. We’ll miss your beautiful laugh, your loving heart, and, of course, your endless stories. We’re sure heaven will never be short on conversation now that you’re there. We love you forever.

Visitation will be held at Courtice Funeral Chapel, 1587 Highway #2, Courtice, Ontario L1E 2R7, on Sunday, October 18, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm, followed by a Celebration of Life service in the chapel at 1:30 pm.
