MATHES, Claus Bruno Mathes

Peacefully passed away, surrounded by his loving family at Southlake Health, Newmarket on Tuesday, May 5, 2026 in his 85th year.

Beloved husband of Kathy for 57 years. Loving father of Robert (Shauna) and Kelly (Steven) Jensen. Proud Grandpa of Ryan, Hayden, Evan and Owen. Cherished son of late Herta and late Eugen Mathes. Dear brother of Ursula Mathes and late Harald (Mylinda). Claus Bruno Mathes will also be fondly remembered by his niece Kim (Stephen) DeBaie and their daughter Bailey.

A private family celebration of Claus’ life will be held.
